Joyce Wiesinger (Née Spanos)
Age 73 of Lemont, IL, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Lemont Nursing & Rehab Center, with her loving family by her side.
Born April 24, 1948 in Chicago, IL, Joyce was a daughter of James and Grace (Née Murino) Spanos.
She was raised in the Chicago area, graduated from Shields High School and moved to Justice, IL in 1967.
Joyce enjoyed gardening, cooking and baking Christmas cookies.
Most of all, she loved taking care of her family and being with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Tina (Jim) Madlener, Michele (Justin) Kwarta and Joey Wiesinger; grandchildren, Justin (Jordan) Shelly, Taylor (Aaron) Aguerrevere, Alyssa Madlener, Christopher Zimmerman and Amanda (Steven) Yurinich; great-grandchildren, Brecken and Emberlyn Shelly and Elise Yurinich; sister-in-law, Edna (late Butch) Craig; brother-in-law, Robert (MaryLou) Ericksen, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Joyce was preceded in death by her loving husband of 35 years; Bruce Wiesinger and her parents, James and Grace Spanos.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Face Masks are required.

Private committal services will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL where Joyce will be laid to rest next to her husband Bruce.
